Here’s how we move from quote to creative magic:
1. Deposit & Kickoff
Once you have read and understand our terms & conditions and are ready to proceed, we’ll invoice for the initial deposit. Payment confirms your slot in our schedule. Please fully complete all applicable client onboarding forms (see links below), to move to step 2.

2. Discovery Session
We’ll schedule a 60-minute strategy call to clarify goals, timelines, and expectations, ensuring we’re aligned and excited.
3. Content & Assets Handover
We’ll send you a tailored content checklist based on the service. This could include branding briefs, copy, imagery, logins, or existing materials. Once everything’s in, your project officially kicks off.
4. Creative Development
We get to work! Whether it’s a brand identity, website, social content, or campaign rollout, we’ll craft your deliverables with care and creative flair. All quotes include 2 structured revision rounds.
5. Review & Refinement
We’ll share drafts or staging links (depending on your project) for feedback. You’ll get clear deadlines for input to keep things moving seamlessly.
6. Launch or Handover
Once you’re happy and sign-off is confirmed, we’ll either launch (for digital) or hand over final assets (for branding, campaigns, or content). We’ll also send final invoices and a wrap-up document with any helpful links or files.
7. Post-Launch Support
For web projects, we include a 7-day incubation period to squash any post-launch bugs. For marketing retainers or social media, we’ll schedule monthly check-ins and reporting. We’ve got your back.
